Jean M Auel lives with her husband, Ray, in Oregon. They have 5 children.
She is a well known author worldwide. Her Earth's Children® series has sold more than 45 million copies all over the world.

Jean M Auel has honorary degrees from 4 universities and was honored by the French government's Ministry of Culture with the medal of an "Officer in the Order of Arts and Letters".

Her books are really good. Very long stories but very interesting about life long ago.
